GOD?? oh, dats my nigga!!

As an introductory note, I am going to inform you all that I do not myself refer to God Almighty as my nigga... all the time. lol. no really I don't do it out loud because I know it bothers people, but even then I actually don't do it that much when talking to myself. Which is why I am doing this blog in particular tonight. STFU, so what if I talk to myself nigga, we all got our problems! lol.

In a world of "freedom of speech" there happen to be, certain things you won't find yourself saying in any situation for a lack of popularity. Right now, i'm talking about God, in relationship to us as humans, regardless of religious belief. Basic principles in any given religion place God in a position of authority. Whether it be primarily as Creator, Maintainer, or Judge, he usually is the Man all must answer to. However, in the Christian Faith, God comes down to Earth in the form of his son. (we're not gonna have this argument) As Jesus he creates a brotherhood, and places a morally higher standard of living, in his name as the road to heaven.

What does any of this have to do with Freedom of Speech? well i'm combining the Church and the oh-so-controversial n-word into one topic so as to prove a few points in one. The way that I see it, (get ready for an opinion) God was God before language. If that is the case, then how is it that words meant to offend other humans can be seen as offensive to God? Not that deep of a question, but it does lead to me asking, Isn't sin more about wanting to displease God?

Don't even come at me on the tip like, "Why is he thinkin bout God all of a sudden?" because more than 50% of Americans and well over 50% of the World claim to believe in God. So by that standard you guys think about him too. Really though, what better motivation than God to be the best You that you Are?

Back to Blog- now you can answer my question about sin with a simple yes or no. However, in answering the question, there are certain ideas you are accepting, and others that people tend to throw in by default. The question has to be answered based on whether or not you believe intent plays a major role in sin.

In my opinion, intent does play a major role in sin, but I like to argue that it plays the only role in sin. I know that what I argue is fundamentally wrong, but I actually don't mind being wrong. I like when I say things that other people have to search their souls to account for.

The easiest biblical reference I could use to support my claims would be be King David. I could use anyone from Abraham to Isaac to Israel. However, David is the easiest to use because of what is in his story as the Bible tells it.

But actually, I'm too tired to tell his story right now in relation to my point...
if you want to learn about your freedom to claim God as ya nigga, tune in 2mar and I'll put it down for ya in part 2 of this jawn here.
